I am Dayna, your wholistic wellness guide
I'm a California girl who made a brave decision during the pandemic to pick up, start over, and build a life that actually felt like mine. My wellness journey started in 2018 when I went vegan and dove deep into herbalism, alkaline living, and the teachings of Dr. Sebi. I became obsessed, not in the way people get obsessed with trends, but in the way you get obsessed with something when it's literally saving your life.
That journey led me to sea moss, and sea moss led me to Daylie Dose. Then on December 20th, 2022, everything changed. A car accident left me with two broken femurs, a lacerated liver, a broken foot, contusions on my heart, and separated cervical vertebrae at C5 and C6. I died twice. I came back twice. And everything I had learned about natural healing became the most important thing I owned.
